श्रमिक संगठनों-बैंकों की आज हड़ताल

 
नई दिल्ली। केन्द्र सरकार की कथित श्रमिक विरोधी नीतियों और आसमान छूती महंगाई के विरोध में देश के सभी ग्यारह मान्यता प्राप्त केन्द्रीय श्रमिक संगठन और सार्वजनिक तथा ग्रामीण बैंकों के कर्मचारी संगठन मंगलवार को देशव्यापी हड़ताल पर रहेंगे। देश के प्रमुख श्रमिक संगठनों भारतीय मजदूर संघ, इंटक, एटक, हिन्द मजदूर सभा, सीटू और एआईयूटीयूटी ने केन्द्र सरकार की श्रमिक विरोधी नीतियों और बढ़ती महंगाई को लेकर 28 फरवरी को देशव्यापी हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है। देश के 40 कर्मचारी महासंघों और बैंक कर्मचारी महासंघ ने भी इस हड़ताल को समर्थन देने की घोषणा की है। आयकर कर्मचारी महासंघ ने भी इस हड़ताल में शामिल होने की घोषणा की है। 

ये हैं प्रमुख मांगे

श्रमिक संगठनों ने हड़ताल के लिए 34 सूत्रीय मांग पत्र तैयार किया है जिसमें आयुध निमार्णियों के कर्मचारियों की मांगें भी प्रमुखता से रखी गई हैं। बिना अपवाद या छूट के सभी बुनियादी श्रम कानूनों का दृढ़ता से पालन किए जाने एवं उनका उल्लंघन करने वालों को कड़ी सजा दिए जाने की मांग भी की गई है।

श्रमिक संगठन असंगठित क्षेत्र के मजदूरों के लिए संसद की स्थायी समिति की सिफारिशों के अनुरूप पर्याप्त संसाधनों के साथ एक राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक कोष का गठन किए जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा केन्द्र और राज्यों की मुनाफा कमाने वाली इकाइयों का निजीकरण बंद करने की भी मांग रखी गई है। इसके अलावा न्यूनतम मजदूरी दस हजार रूपए निर्धारित करने की भी बात कही गई है। 

बालको में हड़ताल पर रोक

इस बीच सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के भारत एल्युमिनियम कंपनी लिमिटेड (बालको) की कोरबा इकाई में हड़ताल करने पर स्थानीय श्रम न्यायालय ने रोक लगा दी है। बालको प्रबंधन की अर्जी पर श्रम न्यायालय ने कर्मचारियों को हड़ताल पर न जाने का निर्देश दिया।

बैंक कर्मचारियों का मिला साथ

भारतीय बैंक कर्मचारी महासंघ ने भी बैंक कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को प्रमुखता से रखने के लिए इस हड़ताल में शामिल होने का निर्णय लिया है। वेतन और नियुक्तियां संबधी विसंगतियों को दूर करने के साथ 14 सूत्री मांगो को लेकर बैंक कर्मचारियों ने श्रम संगठनों के साथ मिलकर 28 फरवरी को एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल पर जाने की घोषणा की है। 

बैंक कर्मचारी महासंघ ने सार्वजनिक बैंकों के निजीकरण, बैंकों के विलय, सार्वजनिक बैंकों में सरकारी हिस्सेदारी में कटौती, औद्योगिक घरानों को बैंक के लाइसेंस देने और मृतक कर्मचारियों के आश्रितों को अनुकंपा नियुक्ति देने और अशंकालिक कर्मचारियों को नियमित किए जाने के साथ ही पांच दिवसीय बैंकिंग सप्ताह लागू करने की मांग के समर्थन में हड़ताल पर जाने का फैसला किया है। 

क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों के राष्ट्रीय महासंघ ने भी अपने कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भžो और सेवानिवृत्ति परिलाभ राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के कर्मचारियों के अनुरूप करने तथा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय सहकारी बैंक की स्थापना जैसी मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल में शामिल होने का ऎलान किया है।

जैतारण,सीरवी समाज के धर्म गुरु एवं पूर्व काबिना मंत्री माधोसिंह दीवान ने कहा कि समाज की प्रतिभाओं का सम्मान करना समाज का कर्तव्य है। सम्मान करने से प्रतिभाओं को प्रोत्साहन मिलता है और प्रतिभाएं समाज, प्रदेश व राष्ट्र का नाम रोशन करती हैं। दीवान शनिवार को आगेवा गांव में आयोजित सीरवी समाज के प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह में संबोधित कर रहे थे। दीवान ने कहा कि किसी भी समाज का सर्वांगीण विकास शिक्षा के बिना संभव नहीं है। कुरीतियों को त्यागने से ही हमारी तरक्की संभव है, इसके लिए सामूहिक रूप से समाज के लोगों को आगे आना होगा। इस मौके पर मल्लाराम पंवार, रामलाल सानपुरा, मांगीलाल चोयल, रामलाल बिलाड़ा, ओमदत्त सीरवी, सीरवी परगना समिति के सचिव दुर्गाराम सीरवी, देवरिया सरपंच हिगली देवी, बिरोल सरपंच कालूराम सीरवी, आगेवा सरपंच शोभाराम सीरवी, बिरोल सरपंच कालूराम चौधरी, आगेवा सरपंच शोभाराम सीरवी, नारायणलाल सीरवी, गोपाराम पंवार सहित सैकड़ों समाजबंधु उपस्थित थे। 
कुरीतियों को त्यागने का संकल्प : समारोह के दौरान धर्मगुरु ने कहा कि समाज में फैली कुरीतियों को त्यागना समाजबंधुओं के सहयोग से ही संभव है। दीवान ने सामाजिक कुरीतियों को त्यागने एवं शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने को कहा। इस दौरान समाजबंधुओं ने हाथ खड़े कर शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने एवं कुरीतियों को त्यागने का संकल्प लिया। 
165 प्रतिभाएं सम्मानित 
सीरवी समाज का 16वें प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह में कक्षा दस व 12 एवं खेलकूद के क्षेत्र की 165 प्रतिभाओं का दीवान माधोसिंह, प्रधान मल्लाराम सीरवी, समाजसेवी मल्लाराम पंवार, जयराम, मांगीलाल ने प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मान किया। साथ ही समाज के विकास में अग्रणी रहने वाले भामाशाहों का भी सम्मान किया गया।

न्यूयॉर्क। कम्यूनिकेशन फील्ड में क्रांति लाने वाली अमरीकन कंपनी एप्पल इंक अगले महीने तक "आईपेड" के नए वर्जन "आईपेड-3" को लॉन्च कर सकती है। न्यूज रिपोर्ट की माने तो कंपनी अपने इस नए प्रोडक्ट के बारे में कभी भी घोषणा कर सकती है। संभवत: इसकी लॉन्चिंग 7 मार्च को होगी।

अगली पीढ़ी के इस टेबलेट की फीचर्स को लेकर दुनियाभर में उत्सुकता बनी हुई है। माना जा रहा है कि आईपेड-3 में तेज प्रोसेसर और बड़ी व बढिया स्क्रीन के साथ आएगा। आईपेड के नए वर्जन में मल्टी नेटवर्क्स की खूबी के साथ ही उसके थोक में उपलब्धता की भी उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।

हालांकि, रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि नए आईपेड की खूबियों को लेकर लगाए जा रहे सभी कयासों पर विराम तभी लगेगा जब 7 मार्च को इसकी अधिकारिक घोष्ाणा होगी।

हमारे गेंदबाज अलग-अलग हालात में अच्छा प्रदर्शन कर सकते हैं। वे हालात के अनुकूल खुद को ढालने में सक्षम हैं। दो कैच छूटने के बाद मुझे लगा कि हम पहले तीन मैचों की स्थिति में पहुंच जाएंगे, लेकिन हमने वापसी की। हमें अच्छी शुरूआत चाहिए थी। मैं पहले भी यहां पारी की शुरूआत कर चुका हूं। यह अच्छा फैसला था और कारगर साबित हुआ। हमें हर हालत में यह मैच जीतना था।

नई दिल्ली। अगर आपके पास मोबाइल है तो अब आपकी हर हरकत पर सरकार की नजर रहेगी। लाइसेंस नियमों में संशोधनों के तहत यह व्यवस्था की गई है कि मोबाइल ऑपरेटरों को दूरसंचार विभाग को ग्राहकों की सही लॉकेशन अक्षांश और देशांतर के आधार पर बतानी होगी। यह व्यवस्था 31 मई से प्रभावी होने जा रही है। शुरू में सिर्फ उन नंबरों के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी जिनकी सरकार मांग करेगी लेकिन तीन साल बाद सरकार को सभी मोबाइल ग्राहकों के बारे मेें जानकारी देनी होगी। 

शुरूआत में दूरसंचार विभाग को दी जानी वाली जानकारी में त्रुटियां स्वीकार की जाएगी लेकिन 2013 तक शहरी इलाकों के टॉवर के 100 मीटर के दायरे में से की जाने वाली 60 फीसदी कॉल की तमान जानकारी उपलब्ध करवानी होगी। 2014 तक यह शहरी इलाकों के लिए 75 फीसदी हो जाएगी जबकि ग्रामीण इलाकों के लिए 50 फीसदी। नए नियमों के मुताबिक नेटवर्क में सुरक्षा सेंध के लिए अब ऑपरेटर ही जिम्मेदार होंगे। ऑपरेटरों पर 50 करोड़ का जुर्माना लग सकता है। आरोप साबित होने पर आपराधिक मामला चलाया जाएगा।

पुलिस के अनुसार सुबह अमरपुरा व ब्यावर रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच गेट नम्बर 28 के निकट बाणियातों का बाडिया देवनगर चांग निवासी सुमित्रा देवी (25) पत्नी हरिसिंह रेलवे पटरी के निकट मवेशी चरा रही थी। उसकी गोद में उसका डेढ़ वर्षीय बालक अजय था। सुबह करीब पौने बारह बजे मालगाड़ी की चपेट से महिला की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई, जबकि मासूम के पांव कट गए। सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहंुची। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद महिला का शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया। मासूम की हालत गंभीर है।  

थाना सीमा क्षेत्र का विवाद 
हादसे की खबर मिलते ही रेलवे पुलिस ब्यावर व सेन्दड़ा थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच गई। थाना सीमा क्षेत्र को लेकर दोनों में विवाद हो गया। करीब तीन घंटे बाद शव रेलवे पुलिस ने ब्यावर मोर्चरी में रखवाया। इसके बाद रेलवे पुलिस के उच्चाधिकारियों के हस्तपेक्ष के बाद सेंदड़ा पुलिस ने ब्यावर पहंुच कार्रवाई की।
